We cover Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland, North Tyneside, and South Tyneside. If your location is further than 15 miles from our base, additional travel fees may apply.
Unfortunately, due to insurance policies, only children aged 5 and above are allowed to participate in a Fortnite Party.
Yes, safety is our top priority. Our coaches ensure all participants wear safety glasses, and we provide supervision throughout the event.

Yes, in most venues we recommend you're welcome to decorate the food room and bring your own food. However, please note that some venues may not allow access to the room before the party starts, as it may need to be cleaned from prior events. You can often decorate while the party is in progress, but early access cannot be guaranteed due to venue restrictions. All our recommended venues are self-catered, so please ensure the space is left clean and tidy afterward.
We keep extra supplies on hand for accidents, and while we encourage safe play, any damaged or lost equipment may incur a replacement fee if the action was seen as deliberate.
Yes, we can recommend or help you find a suitable venue for your Fortnite Party if you don't have one already.
We have hosted events in church halls, sports halls, community centres or even scout huts, all have worked well.
No, we do not host any events outdoors, this is because the weather is unpredictable and in bad weather we would have to cancel the party, so we have chosen to host events only indoors. But as mentioned, we can help you find a suitable venue to ensure you have an epic event!
