Nerf Gun Parties have arrived in the Newcastle!!

Our Nerf Gun Party in Newcastle consists of up to 30 participants aged 5 years and above battling it out in an all-out nerf war! Guns, ammo, glasses and barricades are all included to make a unique event for all to enjoy.

Use your survival skills to dodge oncoming nerf darts and hide behind barricades and above all shoot everything that moves! Work together as a team or go it alone, the choice is yours. Nerf Gun Parties are intense enough for the "Fortnight" fanatics while being safe and fun for kids to play.

A session lasts 60 minutes with one of our dedicated coaches who will run multiple games with you such as last team standing, capture the flag, elimination and many more.

We have a number of different packages to choose from which are the cheapest in Newcastle. Whether you are looking to book an epic children's birthday party, team building session, or end of sporting season treat this game is fun for everyone involved.

If you have more than our recommended 30 players we can arrange a package to suit your needs. We can provide the indoor venue or if you have a venue and would like us to come to, this can be arranged depending on availability.

What is the maximum number of children for a Nerf Gun Party?

Our Nerf Gun Parties can accommodate up to 30 children at a time, ensuring everyone has a fun and safe experience.

What locations do you cover?

We cover Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland, North Tyneside, and South Tyneside. If your location is further than 15 miles from our base, additional travel fees may apply.

Can someone younger than 5 years of age take part?

Unfortunately, due to insurance policies, only children aged 5 and above are allowed to participate in a Nerf Party.

Is it safe for kids to play with Nerf guns?

Yes, safety is our top priority. Our coaches ensure all participants wear safety glasses, and we provide supervision throughout the event.

Can the Nerf Party be extended beyond 60 minutes?

Yes, we can extend the party duration for an additional fee. Just let us know during your enquiry, and we can arrange it.

What kind of games are played during the Nerf Party?

Our coaches lead a variety of games such as Last Team Standing, Solo, Duos, Squads, Medics, and Team Rumble to keep the kids entertained throughout the session.

Do you provide all the equipment for the party?

Yes, we provide everything needed for the party, including Nerf guns, ammo, safety glasses, inflatable barricades and an experienced coach to create exciting experience.

Can we bring our own decorations and food?

Yes, in most venues we recommend you're welcome to decorate the food room and bring your own food. However, please note that some venues may not allow access to the room before the party starts, as it may need to be cleaned from prior events. You can often decorate while the party is in progress, but early access cannot be guaranteed due to venue restrictions. All our recommended venues are self-catered, so please ensure the space is left clean and tidy afterward.

What happens if a child loses or breaks the Nerf equipment?

We keep extra supplies on hand for accidents, and while we encourage safe play, any damaged or lost equipment may incur a replacement fee if the action was seen as deliberate.

Yes, we can recommend or help you find a suitable venue for your Nerf Party if you don’t have one already.

What type of venues can be used for nerf gun party?

We have hosted events in church halls, sports halls, community centres or even scout huts, all have worked well.

Can you host a nerf party outdoors? In a garden for example?

No, we do not host any events outdoors, this is because the weather is unpredictable and in bad weather we would have to cancel the party, so we have chosen to host events only indoors. But as mentioned, we can help you find a suitable venue to ensure you have an epic event!

How do I book a Nerf Party?

Booking is easy! Just contact us with your preferred date, time, and location, and we’ll take care of the rest. We recommend booking early to secure your spot.

What is your refund policy?

Please note that any payments made are non-refundable. Once we take a booking, we allocate resources specifically for your event, which means we cannot offer the space to other customers. We appreciate your understanding.
